Reservations & Policies

• Rates quoted are for double occupancy. Single rates are $10 less. Lower rate are frequently available mid-week during the winter months. Rates vary depending on the season and the room, please let us know when you plan to visit and we can be more specific as to rooms available and rates.
• A 3rd person can be accommodated in the Lavender Room or Salisbury Suite for $25 more.
• A two-night minimum is usually required during the summer season and three-night minimum for most holidays and some summer weekends (a five-night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Rates include a full (meatless) breakfast and great Seattle coffee.
• Rates subject to Washington State sales tax of 9.5% (Happily, we do not have to charge the additional room tax required of hotels).
• Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay.
• Because we do not overbook as hotels do, and last minute changes are costly for us, we require at least a seven days notice in the event of a cancellation to refund your deposit (less a $30 service charge).
• Check-in time is 4-6 p.m., or by arrangement.
• Check out time is 11 a.m., we can store bags for afternoon flights.
• Salisbury House is a smoke-free inn.
• Children over 12 years of age are welcome.
• We have one resident housecat who does not enter the guest rooms. Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
